For many, a casual home-style cooking night out with treats including seafood, barbecued meats or melt-in-your-mouth curries is the best way to go. Fiji holidays for families and romantics are always best served with great dining experiences.
Copra Restaurant & Brigham Bar
The heartbeat of the resort, Copra restaurant features a wide selection of beachside buffet dining to fill hungry tummies after a busy day of activities at Plantation Island Resort. Buffet meals are served daily for breakfast and dinner. The buffet dinner menu changes to a different theme each night which you’ll find displayed on the Notice Board. Guests are welcome to take part and dress in theme.
During the day you’ll find a casual snack lunch menu available for something quick and easy, with a great selection of burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, pies and chips.
Black Coral Grill
Enjoy a selection of fresh fish, meat and poultry from the char grill, or vegetarian and popular local dishes. Don’t miss the opportunity to cook your own meat to your liking on the unique hot volcanic stone.
Black Coral Grill may close during the quieter seasonal periods.
Tavola Restaurant & Bar
Dine overlooking the beautiful lagoon with an array of mouth-water flavours to suit every palate. Enjoy a light breakfast, popular family lunch favourites and nightly delicious dinner options from around the Pacific Rim and beyond.
