- Up to 7 days after purchase: 100% refund of accommodation purchase price to your original payment method or credit (provided cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to check-in).
- Up to 21 days prior to check-in: 100% refund of accommodation purchase price to credit (credit valid for 12 months from date of cancellation).
- From 21 days until check-in: non-refundable.
