INSTRUCTIONS

Please ensure you advise us of your flight time within 7 days of booking this package to be able to book in your airport transfers. Please note: failure to do so may mean you lose the spot and this offer is non-refundable.

Pick-up time details

Please provide the following information, it is vital in order to confirm your transfer reservation. If it is not accurate, the supplier is not responsible for incorrect service provision and you may be subject to cancellation/no show fees: Flight number and flight arrival time.

Please note that this transfer is valid for flights in and out of Honolulu - Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, Hawaii - Oahu - HI.

Customers must confirm the pick-up time by contacting the supplier.

ARRIVAL

LOCATING YOUR DRIVER

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS: Please proceed through customs and make your way to the exit on the right.

You will be met by a SpeediShuttle representative holding a sign with your name on it who will escort you to your transportation.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS: You will be met by a SpeediShuttle representative holding a sign with your name on it as you exit your airplane, who will assist you with your baggage claim and escort you to your transportation.

Identify yourself by showing this confirmation to your Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent.

DEPARTURE

You MUST confirm your pick up time Use ONE of the following methods:

1. Visit https://checkpickup.com approx. 24 hours prior to your departure and follow instructions on the screen.

2. Contact the supplier 24h prior to departure during their office hours. Please ensure that you are at your pick-up point 10/15 minutes before the confirmed time. Identify yourself by showing this confirmation to your Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent.
