Day 1 - Athens (Piraeus), Greece

Your journey begins in Athens, where you’ll be transferred to your Emerald Cruises luxury yacht. The ancient capital city of Greece, Athens presents a remarkable blend of historical significance, vibrant culture, and lively atmosphere.      

Please book your flight to arrive into Athens prior to 01:00 PM.

Day 2 - Mykonos - Paros, Greece

An island embedded in the Cyclades archipelago, Mykonos is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and charming whitewashed buildings with vivid blue accents. Mykonos Town, the main town on the island, presents a delightful maze of narrow streets lined with fashionable boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The town is also home to iconic landmarks such as the historic windmills. Little Venice is another popular area, known for its colourful houses and waterfront cafés. Later, you’ll overnight in Paros.

Day 3 - Paros, Greece

Paros ranks as one of the prettiest Greek islands in the heart of the Aegean Sea, with its verdant green landscape brimming with vineyards and orchards laden with citrus fruits and pomegranates. Wander the winding streets of the capital Parikia, admiring the quintessential Cycladic architecture and quaint white houses adorned with bright blue doors and window boxes filled with blooming bougainvillea.

Day 4 - Transit the Corinth Canal - Itea, Greece

Built during the 19th century and a feat of engineering, the impressive Corinth Canal connects the Gulf of Corinth in the Ionian Sea with the Saronic Gulf in the Aegean Sea. Sail through this slenderest of canals to the waterfront town of Itea, where you’ll have an opportunity to explore the archaeological site of Delphi, regarded by the Ancient Greeks as the centre of the world.

Day 5 - At Sea

Relish the nautical adventure of a lifetime with some relaxing time at sea. Enjoy the lavish comforts of your stylish yacht – slide into the infinity-style pool where the azure water seems to blur with the horizon, ascend to the Sky Deck to drink in panoramic views, or simply relax in the Observation Lounge. 

Day 6 - Syracuse, Italy

Welcome to the southeastern coast of Sicily and Syracuse, a historic Italian city renowned for its ancient ruins, picturesque architecture, and stunning waterfront views. 

Syracuse's historical centre, Ortygia, is a charming island connected to the mainland by a series of bridges. Stroll through the narrow, winding streets lined with Baroque buildings, visit the striking Cathedral of Syracuse, and sample fresh seafood at charming waterfront restaurants.

Day 7 - Valletta, Malta

The delightful capital of Malta, Valletta welcomes visitors with rich history, stunning architecture, and a vibrant cultural scene. The entire city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and famed for its well-preserved 16th-century buildings, including the impressive St. John's Co-Cathedral and the Grandmaster's Palace.

Day 8 - Trapani, Italy

Trapani is a lively and charming port city located on the western shores of Sicily, surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, which includes the stunning Mediterranean Sea, the rolling hills of Sicily, and the towering peaks of the Egadi Islands. This centuries-old city also boasts rich history and culture, reflected in its impressive architecture, museums, and vibrant street life.

Day 9 - Sorrento, Italy

Along the legendary Amalfi Coast, Sorrento is a much-loved resort town, perched atop cliffs that overlook the Bay of Naples and boasting stunning views of Mount Vesuvius across the water.

Day 10 - Sorrento, Italy

Sorrento is also popular for its picturesque narrow streets lined with distinctive pastel-hued buildings, boutiques and vibrant cafés. Stroll through the historic centre, filled with beautiful architecture and historic sites such as the 14th-century Chiesa di San Francesco Church and Villa Comunale Park.

Day 11 - Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

After breakfast, set off to explore Rome and uncover the ancient history of this storied city. In the afternoon, we’ll welcome you back on board your Emerald Cruises luxury yacht for the second half of your journey.

Day 12 - Livorno, Italy

Your first stop is Livorno, a coastal city imbued with a rich history, having been established in the 16th century under the rule of the Medici family. Livorno is renowned for its unique architectural style, which mixes elements of both Italian Renaissance and Baroque design. One of the most notable examples is evident at the Cathedral of Saint Francis. which was built in the 17th century. This Tuscan city is also home to several museums and galleries, including the Museo Civico Giovanni Fattori, which features works by the Italian painter of the same name.

Day 13 - Ajaccio, Corsica, France

The capital of Corsica and Napoleon Bonaparte’s birthplace, Ajaccio welcomes as a thriving Mediterranean resort where rich historic and cultural heritage merges with the dazzling natural beauty of the surrounding landscapes. This is the perfect destination for beach lovers and nature enthusiasts. The pristine shoreline features exquisite powder sand coves and serene turquoise waters, while rugged red porphyry islands bordering the coast are backed by imposing snow-capped mountains.

Day 15 - Palma de Mallorca, Spain

On the beautiful island of Majorca and the capital of Spain's Balearic Islands, Palma de Mallorca is a city steeped in history brimming   with remarkable architecture. One of Palma's most notable landmarks is the stunning Cathedral of Santa Maria, which overlooks the Bay of Palma. Dating back to the 13th century, this masterpiece of Gothic architecture boasts one of the largest rose windows — a decorated circular window with stained glass — in the world.

Day 16 - Cartagena, Spain

As a major naval station on the Mediterranean coast, Cartagena has been greatly influenced by various cultures over the centuries. This historical crossroads of civilisations is evident in this Spanish city's diverse architectural styles, from the Roman era to Art Nouveau. A must-see landmark is the ancient Roman Theatre, unearthed in 1987 and restored for public viewing.

Day 17 - Málaga, Spain

Málaga was founded by the Phoenicians and has been under the rule of various civilisations down the ages, including the Romans and Moors, each having left their mark on the city's culture and architecture. Several historical sites and landmarks to discover in this popular Andalusian port city include the Alcazaba, a Moorish fortress overlooking the city, and nearby Roman Theatre.

Day 18 - Tangier, Morocco - Seville, Spain

Guarding the slender Strait of Gibraltar, Tangier has been Europe's gateway to Africa for centuries, welcoming with a blend of exotic cultures and influences unique to Morocco. Built on the slopes of a chalky limestone hill, the Old Town, filled with narrow streets and houses displaying eclectic styles, is dominated by the Kasbah, the former Sultan's Palace, now a museum of Moroccan art and the Great Mosque – all must-see attractions.

Day 19 - Seville, Spain

Located in the valley of the Guadalquivir River, Seville is the stunning capital city of Andalusia and birthplace of Flamenco.

Seville was an important harbour during the Spanish conquest of the American continent, nowadays, Seville is famous worldwide for its culture, monuments, traditions and artistic heritage.

Day 21 - Lisbon, Portugal

Capital city of Portugal, Lisbon is a vibrant and charming destination known for its scenic beauty, rich history, and lively culture. The city is situated on the hilly banks of the Tagus River, offering stunning panoramic views and a picturesque waterfront. Its architecture reflects a mix of influences, including Romanesque, Gothic, Manueline, Baroque, and Moorish styles, creating a unique and diverse urban landscape.

Day 22 - Lisbon, Portugal

Your luxurious yacht cruise concludes here in Portugal’s hillside capital city, where you’ll be transferred to the airport for your return flight home or to continue your holiday. 

Please book your flight to depart out of Lisbon after 11:00 AM.
