Day 1 - Arrive Toronto

You will be met on arrival at the airport and transferred to your hotel, located in the heart of the action in Downtown Toronto.

Day 2 - Toronto, Niagara Falls

A Welcome Breakfast gives you the chance to meet your fellow guests and Travelmarvel Tour Director. Then, join a city tour that will take you to the picturesque waterfront districts of Toronto. Afterwards, travel to spectacular Niagara Falls, which is collectively made up of three impressive waterfalls. From here, you’ll board a thrilling boat cruise for a journey to the base of Horseshoe Falls (raincoats provided), the largest of the three falls. Take to the skies and get a bird’s-eye view of Niagara Falls on an exhilarating helicopter flight.

Day 3 - 1000 Islands, Ottawa

Today, enjoy an incredible cruise around the Thousand Islands of the St. Lawrence Seaway. Glide past tiny islands, castles reminiscent of fairy tales and waterside mansions. You’ll be taken back to a time when pirates and bootleggers roamed the area, as well as the Gilded Age, when the rich and famous made this region their personal playground. Later, continue your journey onwards to Ottawa.

Day 4 - Ottawa

Day 5 - Ottawa, Montréal

After breakfast this morning, your journey continues to Montréal. On the way, stop for a memorable drive-through experience in Parc Oméga. As your vehicle winds through the park and passes meadows, lakes and forests, watch out for wildlife, such as moose, deer and wolves. Upon arrival in Montréal, embark on an afternoon sightseeing tour. You’ll discover a quintessentially French city that blends both old and new, from the elegant cobblestone streets of Old Montréal to the contemporary waterfront. This evening, there’s time to relax and perhaps dine at a local restaurant.

Day 6 - Montréal

Montréal offers an array of culinary and cultural attractions, thanks to its French influence, eclectic food scene and famous festival lineup. Today is yours to spend at leisure. Day 9 - Québec City, Embark Cruise

This morning after breakfast, transfer and board your premium ship for your New England voyage. There’s time to settle in and enjoy the array of amenities available.

Day 10 - Day at Sea

Enjoy a day at leisure cruising the St. Lawrence River. The nearly 1,200-kilometer (750-mile) stretch of the St. Lawrence River is a lighthouse lover’s paradise, with more than 40 lining the Quebec portion alone.

Day 11 - Day at Sea

After breakfast this morning, a relaxing day of cruising awaits as you glide past the rocky coastline of the beautiful Gulf of St Lawrence.

Day 12 - Prince Edward Island

Prince Edward Island may be Canada’s smallest province, but it’s big on history. With time at leisure, perhaps visit the island’s capital of Charlottetown to delve into the region’s past. Alternatively, you may prefer to see the Anne of Green Gables homestead and enjoy time at this well-known literary landmark, set in pretty surrounds (own expense).

Day 13 - Sydney

Spend the day in and around Sydney on Cape Breton Island in the province of Nova Scotia. You will discover cheerfully colourful highland villages, the beautiful coastal scenery of the Cabot Trail, as well as the Fortress of Louisbourg, which was once one of North America’s busiest 18th-century seaports.

Day 14 - Halifax

For ocean scenery at its best, it is hard to beat Nova Scotia’s south shore. Arrive in Halifax this morning, with free time to perhaps visit Peggy’s Cove and the German village of Lunenburg. Then head back to Halifax, where you might like to visit the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site or a museum which commemorates the Titanic.

Day 15 - Portland

Discover Portland’s eclectic mix of neighbourhoods. Indulge in the city’s renowned craft beer scene and diverse culinary culture, with a visit to the famous food carts and farm-to-table fooderies. Wander along the waterfront and see the Old Port, where captains, ship builders and fisherman maintain Portland’s rich history. Experience the charm and creative spirit of this unique city, where age-old traditions and modern life combine. 

Day 16 - Boston, Disembark Cruise

Depart Boston after breakfast, disembark your ship in Boston, then transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
