Day 1 - Arrive Dublin

Fly into Dublin, Ireland’s lively capital. Be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2 - Dublin, Cork

From Dublin, begin your rail journey through Ireland’s lush rolling countryside. On arrival in Cork, relish some free time. Perhaps visit the symbol of the city, the Church of St Anne, and walk up the tower’s stone stairs for stunning views out over the city. Or, head to a local pub for a taste of some rich Irish stew with a hearty side of mashed potatoes. Later, savour an authentic taste of Ireland.

Insider Experience - Jameson Whiskey Distillery

Set out on an excursion to the legendary Jameson Whiskey Distillery, producing some of the most prestigious Irish whiskeys since the 1860s. Enjoy a tour and learn about the production of this liquor. Then, indulge in a tasting and savour the authentic flavours as you sample some of the whiskeys.

Day 3 - Cork, Cobh, Blarney, Killarney

Delight in an excursion to Blarney Castle - one of Ireland’s greatest treasures. Legend has it that kissing the Blarney Stone will bless you with the gift of the gab.

Day 4 - Killarney, Ring of Kerry

This morning, enjoy a ‘Jaunting Car’ horse-drawn carriage ride. Later, embark on a drive around the beautiful Ring of Kerry – a mystical and unspoilt region of Ireland. Take in the truly dramatic mountain scenery and superb seascapes. This evening, savour a dinner accompanied with traditional singing and dancing.

Day 5 - Foynes, Cliffs of Moher, Galway

This morning, learn about the history of transatlantic passenger flights at the Foynes Flying Boat & Maritime Museum. Then, indulge in a cup of Irish coffee while in Foynes, the location this popular drink was invented. After, board a ferry from Tarbert across the Shannon Estuary to Clare, travelling onwards by coach to the village of Doolin. Embark on a boat trip to witness the impressive Cliffs of Moher from the Atlantic Ocean below. Be awed by these rugged cliffs measuring to a height of 214 metres and keep a look out for an array of seabirds, native to the area. Later, check in to your hotel in Galway and savour dinner at the hotel.

Day 6 - Galway, Connemara

This morning, visit Kylemore Abbey, a spectacular waterside Benedictine nunnery in Connemara. Afterwards travel on the Clifden Heritage Train.

Day 7 - Dublin

Return to Dublin by train today and check in to your hotel.

Day 8 - Dublin

This morning, enjoy a tour of EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum before a city tour takes you to some of Dublin’s most iconic sites.

Insider Experience – Guinness Storehouse and Dinner 

Visit the famous Guinness Storehouse to learn more about the world-renowned drink that Dublin is known for and discover how to pull the ideal pint of Guinness. Then, sit down to dinner at Taylors Three Rock, a must-do Irish experience.

Day 9 - Depart Dublin

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
