Day 1: Your Adventure Begins in Perth
Upon arrival in Perth at your CBD hotel, you will be met by your Tour Director. This afternoon, enjoy an introduction to the city of Perth as we take you on an informative tour of the city, including Kings Park, with the opportunity to take a walk through the Botanical Gardens. In the evening, share a special welcome dinner at Reel Restaurant overlooking the Swan River. Meal: (D).
 
Accommodation: DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront.

 

Day 2: Perth - Margaret River
This morning, you will leave the city and journey south to the picturesque Margaret River Region, famed for its world-class wines, pristine coastline, tall timber forests, and ancient caves. After a short stop en route, you’ll arrive at Leeuwin Estate for lunch, where fine wines, delicious food, art, and music come together.
 
Later, visit the towering Karri Forest of Boranup, home to trees over 60 metres tall. Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of this natural wonder, surrounded by wildflowers, ferns, and native birdlife.
 
Tonight, enjoy dinner at the Margaret River Brewhouse. Meals: (B,L,D).

Day 3: Margaret River
Spend the morning exploring Margaret River township before visiting Gabriel Chocolate, Western Australia’s first bean-to-bar maker, to sample their creations and learn about the process. Next, take a self-guided tour of Mammoth Cave to see ancient fossils and a 50,000-year-old “zygomaturus” jawbone. Later, visit Yallingup to enjoy stunning coastal views and a stroll along the beach. Dinner tonight is at a local restaurant. Meals: (B,L,D).

Day 4: Margaret River - Busselton - Fremantle - Rottnest Island
We head to Busselton to walk its famous 1.7-kilometre jetty. You’ll then travel north through Bunbury and Mandurah, stopping for a fish and chip lunch on the beach. Continuing to Fremantle, board the Rottnest Express ferry to Wadjemup, Rottnest Island. Explore its history, wildlife, and scenic beauty, including 10,000 quokkas, during your 2-night stay. Meals: (B,L,D).
 
Accommodation: The Lodge Wadjemup.
Day 5: Rottnest Island
Today, explore Rottnest Island, known for its 63 beaches and friendly quokkas. After a relaxed morning, take a guided bus tour to the island’s highlights, with the chance to spot a quokka or two. After a delicious picnic lunch, spend the afternoon at your leisure. Dinner tonight is at the hotel with fellow travellers, reflecting on your adventure with Outback Spirit. Meals: (B,L,D).
 
Accommodation: The Lodge Wadjemup.
Day 6: Farewell - Perth

After breakfast at the hotel, board the Rottnest Express ferry back to Fremantle. When you arrive, you’ll rejoin the Outback Spirit coach for a transfer to the Perth Airport where your exploration of Perth, Margaret River and Rottnest Island comes to an end. Meal: (B).
