Welcome to the charming city of Launceston where you will enjoy a two night stay.
Please note: You will be joining the group on day 7 of a longer itinerary.
Day 2 - Launceston
Scenic Enrich
Discover the grounds of Josef Chromy winery with a guided walk. This cool climate winery is well known for producing varieties of red, white and sparkling wines. Enjoy lunch with matching wines.
Day 3 - Launceston > Freycinet National Park
Journey to the coast via Legerwood and discover unique tree carvings, a memorial to World War I.

Learn about the award-winning cheeses from Pyengana Dairy Company, reputed to produce Australia’s finest cheddar, and delight your tastebuds with a delicious sampling.

Day 4 - Freycinet National Park
Today visit the breathtaking Freycinet National Park, where you’ll discover this incredible wilderness. Cruise on Wineglass Bay with its white sandy beaches and sparkling turquoise waters. Enjoy the views from Cape Tourville.
Day 5 - Freycinet National Park > Hobart
Scenic Enrich
Visit the Tasmanian Wool Centre in the convict town of Ross. Your local guide will share stories of the town’s history and the influence of its first export – wool.
Stop in Richmond and see Australia’s oldest bridge, built by convict labour. During a visit to Bonorong National Park meet Tasmania’s shy and elusive Tasmanian devil, before arriving back in Hobart for a two night Scenic Special Stay stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor.
Day 6 - Hobart
Scenic Freechoice:
Hobart and the Huon Valley: Take a tour of Hobart, including the harbour, Derwent River and the Channel Heritage Centre. Explore the picturesque Huon Valley and enjoy a gourmet tour showcasing local produce. Includes lunch.
MONA: Take the MONA ferry to Australia’s Museum of Old and New Art. Guided by your own audio headset, choose whichever part of the museum interests you most.
Iron Pot Cruise: the renowned waterways of Hobart arriving at Iron Pot, Australia’s oldest lighthouse. Cruise down the Derwent River to historic Battery Point and hear stories of Hobart’s early settlement.
Toast your adventures during tonight’s farewell dinner at the incomparable Drunken Admiral at Hobart's Old Wharf.
Day 7 - Hobart
It’s time to say farewell to new friends and the wonders of Tasmania as you head home with stories for life.
Enhance your journey with a full day award-winning tour and cruise to Bruny Island (at additional cost, please book prior to departure. Available before or after your tour).
