Fly Free^ Terms and Conditions: 
  1. Offer available for new bookings between 01 October 2025 – 15 January 2026 
  2. Offer is for travel between 01 January 2026 – 31 December 2026. 
  3. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offer valid on select itineraries and dates departing in 2026. 
  4. Pricing is per person, based on twin share for travel in 2026 (subject to availability). Single supplement applies for solo travellers. Offer is not valid for group bookings. 
  5. Availability is limited, unless sold out prior and is subject to change at any time. 
  6. Fly Free offer includes return economy airfares and taxes to and from your home airport from major capital cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Darwin, Canberra and Auckland, NZ. 
  7. Flights are subject to a dollar limit of $1,500 per person. Offer includes economy airfares and taxes. 
  8. Fly free is only applicable to a return airfare to and from your home airport. Free flights are valid on the most direct route. Stopovers are not permitted. 
  9. All offers are subject to airline availability. Qantas is our preferred carrier and if flights are unavailable, we will look to book you on another suitable carrier for similar times.
  10. For business class, the difference between the lowest bookable economy class fare and business class fare will be paid by the passenger. 
  11. Flight tickets will be booked once final payment has been received. 
  12. Amendments to ticketed flights will incur airline-related charges and a $50pp admin fee. Changes may not be possible if cancellation happens whilst on tour.
  13. Any cancellations of ticketed flights may be subject to third party fees and charges as per Airline T&Cs.
  14. No Flight credits will be given for tickets issued under this campaign.
  15. The following products are excluded from the Fly Free offer: Journey Beyond Rail Holiday Packages (Tour and Train), Simply Kakadu and Margaret River & Rottnest Island Explorer.
Payment Terms:
  1. $1,000 per person deposit is due within 7 days of booking.
  2. Final payment is due 100 days prior to commencement.
  3. Changes are permitted up to 60 days before departure; the amended journey must be within the same 
  4. travel period. A fare difference may apply.
  5. Changes to ticketed flights will incur airline-related charges and a $50pp admin fee.
Cancellation Terms:
  1. Cancellations received up to 100 days prior to commencement of the Journey: cancellation fee is $1,000 per person
  2. Cancellations received less than 100 days prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
