Frequently asked questions
Outback Spirit tours are all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner feature fresh, locally sourced produce, and a selection of beverages is also offered with lunch and dinner when dining at licensed venues.
Travel is in ultra-comfort Mercedes-Benz 4WD vehicles, equipped with reclining seats and onboard Wi-Fi, making it possible to stay connected even in some of Australia’s most remote regions.
Accommodation varies by itinerary, with a mix of hotels, resorts, wilderness lodges and safari camps. Depending on the tour, scenic cruises, helicopter and seaplane flights may also be included—for example, on the popular Exquisite Kimberley Adventure, which features highlights like Mitchell Falls and Horizontal Falls.
All attraction, entry and cruise fees are covered. First-time travellers on tours of six days or more also receive an Outback Spirit Explorer Pack, which includes a towel for spontaneous swims, a stainless-steel water bottle, and a luggage name tag.
For the quintessential Outback Spirit experience, group sizes are kept small, with a maximum of just 22 guests.
Smaller groups allow travellers more time and space to experience remote journeys in a more intimate setting, led by an expert guide.
These small numbers also allow access to areas that larger groups typically can't get to. For instance, Outback Spirit’s Arnhem Land adventure tours travel through sacred lands with special permission from Traditional Owners. Travellers stay in exclusive camps and lodges designed specifically for small groups.
